By using the Jellyfin forums, you agree you are taking part in a public forum and your privacy policy and rights are bound by this document. The Jellyfin team may collect user data including email addresses, 3PID links (if applicable), IP addresses, and any other data relevant to running the forum as provided by the MyBB software. This data remains private to users but may be visible to Moderators and Administrators of the forum. We will not sell, transfer, monetize, or otherwise use your data, in any form, at any time, for any reason, except those pursuant to managing the forum. We will not provide your data to any 3rd parties, in any form, at any time, except as required by law and court order in the province of Ontario, Canada. You may request a copy of your personal data or deletion of your account as per GPDR requirements by visiting your User CP and selecting "Personal Data Export" and/or "Personal Data Erasure", respectively. Erasure will NOT remove posts or threads but will anonymize them instead. We will not delete public posts for erasure purposes to preserve the integrity of conversations in this forum.
