It doesn't recognize my new media files - antoniosolo2 - 2024-05-15
Yesterday when I added certain movies I saw that Jellyfin did not recognize them even when doing a manual search. I went to add-ons and I couldn't enter my add-ons and nothing appeared in the catalog.
That's when I saw that there was the new version 1.9.1 and I decided to update... but I still have the same problem, it doesn't recognize any of the new media: movies, series, etc. that I have added.

Can you provide examples of the folder and file names?
And can you post your full jellyfin log to pastebin?

The folders and file names are in the format thThe folders and file names are in the format that I have always used until yesterday and I recognized it, I have not made any changes.
All the covers that I had put in my collections have also disappeared.
I can't send the log it tells me it exceeds the size.....
Or I don't know how to do it because neither the upload nor Pastebin allows me to do it.

You can also try zipping the log file and attaching it to a forum post. It should be small enough after zipping it.

It's as if it only connects to servers in English to do the searches, I don't know if it's a program crash or something has been misconfigured, but it seems like I'm reading that the same thing is happening to more people. However, until I get to home at night I won't be able to assure you, since I already told you that "somewhat" has improved, at least it does the searches in English. I am Spanish.

Synology DS918+ with Docker installed version 10.9.0 can scan the media library and successfully add it, but most of them do not display the cover. In version 10.9.1, scanning the media library is slow, getting stuck at 50% for a long time. Refreshing the media library also only occasionally allows adding a movie.
