I used to run off a laptop with an external array plugged in, but eventually moved to a beefy server, and now have Jellyfin running out of a container. Gotta say, I pretty much love it. My interactions with Jellyfin are relatively minimal -- I'm not what one would call a JF power user or anything: if it can play my movies, I'm a happy guy.
