If you use your local IP or "localhost" (if you're on the same machine as Jellyfin) are you able to access Jellyfin?

Yes, with tray app and jellyfin media player.

Do you have other firewall applications running? Like Bitdefender?

Click Start > type Resource Monitor > click on the Network tab > Expand the Listening Ports table > find jellyfin.exe on port 8096. What does it say in the Firewall status column?

No, just windows defender on both PCs.

That doesn't look like the right table. There is a table called "Listening Ports" that should have port numbers and a Firewall status column.

Jellyfin on port 8096 IPV4-IPV6 are both allowed and unrestricted.

I've tried everything I can think of. At this point I might have to wipe my windows and start over.
