and in a related question, do cover and/or folder need to be in the same folder as the music, or can they be in a subfolder called artwork, scans, art, etc?
and if a multi CD set, do cover/folder need to be in all music folders? Or once is enough?

They need to be in the album for album specific items, and the artist folder for artist related items.
