RE: Windows - Jellyfin Media Player won't connect to Linux-based Jellyfin Server - pmk - 2025-05-03 Again, thanks for the ideas. Yes, the problem is only on the Windows computers. We do not have a guest WiFi network and, yes, ALL wireless devices, including the TVs and phones, are connected to the save WiFi SSID. TechGreek suggest disabling IPv6 as a test. I get "Ping request could not find host" with that. I then tried running a traceroute (tracert). First, I tested with Google and got "Unable to resolve target system name 151.101.194.114". I have been searching for several days and cannot find any help online to resolve this problem. I'm about ready to try setting up a test Jellyfin Server on Windows, just to see if that will let me connect. |
