I went back to 10.10.7 . Had similar issues and clean reinstalled 10.10.7 again. Low and behold this was from a bad intel NIC driver I had recently installed. I think using Jellyfin caused network traffic and that touched off the NIC driver issue. After I resolved that my 10.10.7 install was stable.
