Hey sorry for the late reply
I set up a brand new server and using a reverse proxy with https, I got up to 9.6 Mbps bitrate (EDIT. even 15 Mbps) without any lag whatsoever while i was having huge network utilization
I guess I don't need support anymore but I remain at your disposal if you desire to further investigate the issue
I still have the previous server setup available for now
