I did and I know what the issue is and I "fixed it". The issue was staring me in the face, my reflection, I was the issue. A little bit of knowledge a lack of understanding, copy and paste are dangerous. The guide I followed to auto mount my drive on boot, I copied the UUID from the article and not from my system. I managed to get it working but screwed up something else, so I've cut my loses and doing a fresh install.
