I'm not able to find any folders or files in those folders/directories. Or is that a command I need to enter in terminal?

Those are hidden directories in your user's home.

Thank you so much!! Just figured it out and will mark this as solved. I found the system.xml file and setting the startup wizard value to false did the trick!
