Good catch. Since I used a tool to automatically rename all episodes, I think it would be the smartest to change the folders back to the old structure with the 20 season folders. Changing over 1000 episodes manually would consume too much time.

If that works for you. Make sure you change the Display Order in Jellyfin back to the appropriate type for the file and folder names.
