Correct. Sounds like your LXC can't access the GPU. Our documentation states you should be using a privileged container. I've heard of people successfully using unprivileged containers, but there was significant additional configuration.

Thanks so much! I followed all the steps to make Transcoding work in an unprivileged container but something somewhere seemed to block it. I just backed the container up and restored as a privileged container. I can see it actively transcoding streams from the dashboard now. Thanks!!
