Check that you have the latest Intel drivers installed. Also check the JMP app directory for client logs.
The JMP codes says that this is the directory the logs should be in. %LOCALAPPDATA%\JellyfinMediaPlayer\logs
Which would be C:\Users\your user\AppData\Local\JellyfinMediaPlayer\logs ?
