RE: troubleshooting since 10.9 update - dalec76 - 2024-05-17 ok i can do all that, but i still don't know what to look for in the logs to be able to send it to them. i do have another potential issue that maybe you can help with. since the update i also no longer have any backgrounds showing up when i open a show. is that something that got removed with the update? or am i missing something there?? We don't expect users to know what to look for and that is why we ask for the whole log.
