Ok well apparently it's become a non issue.. The problem was a show was added and watched. Episode immediately disappeared and next episode added never showed, tjen those db errors.
however looking at the latest log something weird happened. well a it "removed" a lot of episodes, but thats another time problem. But suddenly TMDB fired up trying to make collections. Lots of errors - again another time. Then a log of me watching a show, and a library refresh happened somehow and it re-added the missing files. Bloody weird.
So main problem sorted itself...it seems...for now.
