I hope you're doing well, and thank you again for your help.
I have tested for two typical days:
1. On the first day with Autoscan enabled, my modified folders are scanned automatically except for the movie library, which is scanned entirely and continuously. Even if I disable Autoscan afterwards, it continues to scan. A restart is necessary to stop it.
2. On the second day without Autoscan and with a manual scan of the libraries, I have no issues.
The problem seems to be the behavior of Autoscan with Jellyfin, which causes issues, but it works perfectly with Plex.
