Sorry to Necro this, but I just had this happen to me.
Added a friend to my server and made them an account (all users on my server are hidden). his GF attempted to login on HER phone and overwrote MY admin account. I have never used her phone to login before so it should never have redirected her to the new setup wizard.

After she attempted to go through the wizard it broke MY admin account and made it so that my admin account could no longer log in. I will happily provide logs if you can tell me where to get them.
