Yes however I dont know what the binary is, so I have no clue what to put in /usr/bin/

It also still doing the file ended prematurely crap and also the framerate is garbage

OK. Solution: Follow the first three steps of this guide: https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-converting-dolby-vision-to-hdr10. Then after that download MKVToolNix and in that, select the new HDR video and the old video and unselect the old videos codec and the new videos sound and subtitles. Then it should work.
