After attempting to use the "Downmix to stereo" option to try and get it to transcode, and thus allow these subtitles I get a 'Subtitle loading' for about 30 sec and then the expected failed message. I think the thing that is getting me most confused at all is the fact that the Standard all dialogue subtitles work, yet if its just the ones for the signs they dont. Both are PGS Subtitles yet the standard all dialogue doesnt even force transcoding to begin.

Try installing the subtitle extract plugin and then run the job under Dashboard > Scheduled tasks. I'm seeing some weirdness with PGS subs on my setup that I'm trying to figure out. Once I figure out the exact circumstances I will submit a bug report.

I have, and after running it (it only ran for less than a minute most of the time, and the only time it didnt it was maybe 1 min) havent noticed anything different though. but I could have configured something wrong.
