Will really appreciate any help here ...

A couple of Jellyfin releases ago:

1. I could edit the main.jellyfin.bundle.js in the Jellyfin install directory.
Open it up and in the massive wall of text, find

document.title="Jellyfin" and document.title=e||"Jellyfin"},

and change the Favicon title to my custom text.

With v 10.9.2 on my Ubuntu 22.04 AWS Lightsail instance, I cannot seem to find the two document.title entries !
While I changed the favicon image, the favicon title remains the default "Jellyfin."

2. With a dietpi.com Debian install of Jellyfin server, and connecting to Windows Kodi 20.5 with JellyCon I could stream the video on demand library, but the m3u IPTV Tuner never displayed.

My m3u playlist is a custom playlist, and I don't see commercials vs Pluto.tv etc.
Also this is a direct m3u playlist, not through a plugin like xTeve or Threadfin.

On the other Jellyfin Kodi plug, I had the same issue, but worse: the VoD librray streaming was poor.

Does anyone know if this JellyCon no-m3u tuner IPTV problem has been resolved with Jellyfin v10.9.2?

RE: New Jellyfin Server/Web release: 10.9.2 - pacoreguenga - 2024-05-26

Sorry to bother but I just found a security bug on the new release:

I used to have a demo account on my server which didnt allow the user to play the content, just view the film posters. Wuth the latest upgrade, disabling playback does not work anymore, after the "playback restricted" message, the file plays normally.

Is there a known workaround to this?

This will be fixed in the 10.9.3 release soon.
