I might have to pick this back up in the morning. I removed teh folder, and the scan completed successfully. That's strange to me, because I followed the same path earlier with a different movie and kept getting the error. I tried to paste some of the logs, but there wasn't an error and Pastebin said there was something offensive in the log and wouldn't let me share it.

Well I'm not sure what else to say. I removed all of what I consider superfluous files from the Gattaca folder, only leaving the movie .m2ts file. The scans have been completing, but looking though the logs, it seems like that file is still an issue. I think I'll just re-encode that file and call it a day. I don't know why this is an issue now, and I wonder if it will be an issue for the rest of the rips. Oh well, I've been meaning to clean those up, anyhow. Thanks for the help @TheDreadPirate.
