Nothing in the Jellyfin log is pointing at a root cause. Just like the non-debug log, Jellyfin is operating normally until the log suddenly stops.
This leads me to believe it is some operating system issue or some interaction with Jellyfin and the operating system.
You'd have to look through /var/log/messages to look for any clues.
No, I have no idea what to look for, specifically.
Another question, do you have any hardware acceleration selected in Dashboard > Playback?

I don't know man, it's also weird because sometimes the crash happens afer skipping once or twice, and some other times you have to skip for a while before the crash.
No hardware acceleration.
