As in the browser shows you absolutely nothing?  Or this?

If you're seeing what I showed in my screenshot, you need to clear your browser cache.

Code:
sudo ufw status
sudo ss -tulpn | grep 8096

And I'm assuming you're using "http://192.168.0.101:8096" to try to access Jellyfin.

Are you seeing ANYTHING in your browser?

I fixed it by turning off the server, then deleting the network.xml file, then turing it back on.

Good news, I have the server up and running. Bad news uh... apperently I had a user setup through this method before a while back (it remembers somehow) and I have no clue how to get in.

Stop jellyfing (sudo systemctl stop jellyfin) and go to /etc/jellyfin. Edit system.xml and near the top of the file will be "IsStartupWizardComplete". Switch that from true to false.

Start jellyfin (sudo systemctl start jellyfin) and try again. It should walk you through the setup wizard.
