So on the Plugins page youre on the Installed tab, click the Available tab

Does that mean that the Catalog tab just below the plugin tab does not exist anymore? Has it been moved to the available section now?

@Gagins1 There is no Catalog tab on the left in the latest versions.
There is no need for one when you have Plugins as a tab. Then you can select All, Available and Installed on the Plugins page to refine the "catalog".
The rest of the button options just filter by type of plugin. I like it!
