The release notes include this change: "Support deeplinking for everything that quickplay supports".
How does this work? I would like to use deeplinks to launch Jellyfin on my Roku TV from Home Assistant, but I can't find any documentation of what the deeplink structure/protocol is.
Additionally, is documentation for the Roku app maintained anywhere? I don't see it in the Jellyfin documentation or linked anywhere on the Github repo. Perhaps I'm overlooking it, though.

No, there isn't. We used to have auto generated docs, but they were less than useless and were discontinued starting with version 3.0.0

Just tossing this out for considersation from a UI / UX perspective.
When on the Movie / TV Shows screen you are presented options to filter the items differently.
As it stands, this currently takes up roughly 18% of the vertical space (~200px) and once you have a selection you like its hardly changed.
Would it not make sense to put these options under a pop up menu using the * on your remote?
Another option would be to put a gear icon on the left bar above the alphabetical search that would bring up UI / Filter options.

It wouldn't. The * menu is for item options, meaning, options you can take for the media item you are hovering over.

Why go through all that trouble? If you press down to go to row 2 of items, the entire bar of dropdowns hides and frees up all the space. It only re-shows when you travel back to row 1.

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this is a bug but when playing music and I go to browse my songs or other media I cannot access the "mini player", all I can do is start a new song. The only way for me to remove the mini player is to restart Jellyfin on Roku.
Other than that fxcking awesome update.

Hi all, I was using the Roku TV app just fine yesterday, but today nothing is seeming to work. Anything I try to pull up on any of my libraries just gives me an "error during playback" error message. I've tried restarting my server, reinstalling the app, etc, but to no avail. It doesn't seem to be a problem with my drives because I've tried libraries on all different drives, and everything works fine on PC and mobile. Just the Roku TV.
Server version: 10.10.7
Roku TV app version: Version 3.0 build 6
Is anyone else having this issue?
