Hi, I'm new to Jellyfin, I installed the server on a PC with Debian and a client on Fire TV. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to play the soundtracks from the library in a theme.mp3 file in the Jellyfin Kodi plugin? It works fine from the browser.

No, there isn't. However, here is a feature request for it on the ATV GitHub.
