Making Playlists Viewable to Other Users? - kaitco - 2025-01-14 I have several playlists available to me as the Admin. I've noticed that when I create playlists on 10.9.11, I have the option to set a playlist as "allow public access". Usually, I unselect the "public" option, but there are times when I would like to make the private created playlist public. How would I accomplish this? I don't see any settings in the playlist.xml. Would this require editing elsewhere? RE: Making Playlists Viewable to Other Users? - theguymadmax - 2025-01-14 I'm not sure if it's possible, but I did see a PR that adds that functionality. So, if I'm reading that pull request correctly, this is likely a feature that is coming to a future Jellyfin update soon? So, there's no need to even bother with editing databases, etc.? So, there's no need to even bother with editing databases, etc.? It's still in the draft stage and is a new feature, so it would not be released until the next major update, 10.11, which isn’t expected anytime soon. |
