Search Alphabet Picker - blawford - 2025-01-28 Hello. I am new to JellyFin, loving it so far. A few weeks ago (using the web interface), on the search page below the search bar there was an alphabet picker which I found really useful when using a mouse on a TV. This has recently been replaced on my instance with a list suggestions, showing all of my films. Is there a way to get it back to how it was? With kids my main use for the search was to find a particular episodes of Bluey amongst the 150+ I have, now instead I need to pull up the on-screen keyboard, focus it to the search bar and start typing. Thanks. RE: Search Alphabet Picker - TheDreadPirate - 2025-01-28 What client are you using? Is this Roku or Android TV? Just the standard web interface, running on a Windows PC. RE: Search Alphabet Picker - theguymadmax - 2025-01-28 I think you might be mixing things up a bit. The search page hasn’t changed—it’s always shown the Suggestions. I’ve never seen the quick select filter on that page either. After installing previous releases thinking it was a version change issue I remembered I had set my user 'Display mode' to 'TV', this gives you the picker below the search bar. Not sure how it got reset though. RE: Search Alphabet Picker - theguymadmax - 2025-01-29 Glad to know you weren't going mad either! That's the first time I'm seeing that, I've never used the TV mode display, I just keep it on the default option. Thanks for posting that screenshot. |
