no chance for my folder struc?ture? - gianlucaf81 - 2023-09-19 Hi, I have a folder structure like this for the latest music releases: Code: 2023.05-MAY obviously JF doesn't like this structure very much and it creates somewhat confusing folders/poster/cover for me. Is there really no solution for this structure? Even just the folder view would be fine. thanks RE: no chance for my folder struc?ture? - bitmap - 2023-09-19 You can turn on folder view, but it's in addition to the existing library view, so it's in addition to the "confusing" one you already get. Jellyfin seems to support a few different options for music organization which are "none", artist-only folders, and artist > album. You could throw these under a "Various Artists" header and use the date as an album and have better success most likely. I change the ALBUM and ALBUM ARTIST tag of all mp3 whith the folder name and magically everything looks the way it should. It's not the best because I will have to update the entire library (and it will cost me time for synchronization between the various nas... adsl here) but aesthetically it's what I was looking for. Is there a way to change the jf tags without changing the file tags? I ask another thing, while I listen to an artist of a random song, can I have a "direct link" to the singer's other songs in the library? |
