Unable to fetch Images - BigBoobee - 2025-02-13 Not sure if it is due to firewall or vpn but for some reason Jellyfin stopped fetching image metadata for any TV Shows or Movies. When I try to edit settings for TMDb, I am met with : Internal Server Error / Error processing request. Any ideas would be very helpful. Thank you. RE: Unable to fetch Images - TheDreadPirate - 2025-02-13 Can you share your full jellyfin logs via privatebin.net? If you are running a VPN on the server, it is quite possible that is the cause. RE: Unable to fetch Images - TheDreadPirate - 2025-02-14 It does look like you have a VPN running. Can you try disabling the VPN and see if the problem persists? Does your VPN app support split tunneling? RE: Unable to fetch Images - BigBoobee - 2025-02-18 I tried to run it without a VPN connection, as well as split-tunnel option. Neither worked. I also added exceptions to allow all Jellyfin traffic through simplewall. Not sure what is the issue. It seems to have updated the version of the plugins. I also removed the API key for TMDb that was not needed I guess. Thanks for helping me look into it though. ![]() |
