When starting a movie it goes black and shows the loading wheel for a couple of seconds then the loading wheel goes away the sceeen jsut stays black

Can you share a relevant ffmpeg log file of the video that failed to play?

They posted in the matrix chat. They have low power encoding enabled and I suspect they did not complete the extra steps to setup the GuC/HuC firmware.
