Jellyfin SERVER on Wii (Nintendo)? - HannesH - 2025-02-16
Hey everyone,
Has anyone ever tried running a Jellyfin server on a Nintendo Wii? I'm thinking about something like installing Arch Linux on the Wii and then setting up Jellyfin.
Would the hardware even be capable of handling it? Curious if anyone has attempted this or if it's just a crazy idea.

Jellyfin does not support the PowerPC architecture of the Wii and many older Macs. Please get something modern that is properly suited to the job, such as an Intel N100 mini pc.
