Organize reboots/versions of the same show - nocturnalnerd - 2025-02-17 I need help organizing this specific show that has a weird pattern: Show: Berserk IT has An anime aired in 1997 (26 episodes) https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/35935?language=en-US An anime aired in 2016 who has two seasons, it doesn't overlap with the original series, but is not a continuation https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/66053?language=en-US Three movies If I place everything inside a folder called Berserk (it doesn't recognize properly the 2016 series, if I try to help with the tmdbid, it just shows it as part of the name (probably expects this id to be in the main folder) but I cant do that because 1997 and 2016 are two different shows. If there any way for me to organize it all within a common Berserk root folder,, mind you, there are movies in the mix as well RE: Organize reboots/versions of the same show - theguymadmax - 2025-02-17 Proper naming of shows should include the year in the title, as shown below. For tricky titles you can also include the TMDb ID. Shows └── Berserk (1997) [tmdbid-35935] ├── Season 01 │ └── S01E01.mkv └── Season 02 └── S02E01.mkv └── Berserk (2016) [tmdbid-66053] ├── Season 01 │ └── S01E01.mkv └── Season 02 └── S02E01.mkv |
