certain movies won't add to collection - verycoolemily - 2023-09-21

UPDATE: Not sure why this worked, but if anyone is having the same issue, what worked for me is: Locking the collection, saving changes, then unlocking the collection. Movies added no problem after that.

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help me with this issue I've been having. I found some people on the old reddit and other places with similar or the same issues, but nothing here and no fixes.

Here is my problem: certain movies won't get added to collections no matter what I do. I click add to collection, it says "added" and then nothing. It's still not in the collection. The metadata for the effected items will show the same tmdb box set id as the items in the collection, but that's it.

The effected movies are:

- Star Wars (1977)
- Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
- Spider-Man (2002)
- Shin Godzilla (2016)

Spider-Man and both the Star Warses have multiple versions, Shin Godzilla does not. All of my other Star Warses also have multiple versions and added to the Star Wars collection just fine (even the three that aren't in the Star Wars collection on tmdb: The Clone Wars, Rogue One, and Solo). It's probably meaningless, but I haven't found a movie that has this issue for me and doesn't start with the letter S.

Please let me know if you've got an idea how I can fix this.

This has been marked as solved, you wouldn't happen to have found a solution, have you?
