I am not sure why some recordings play fine but others do not. It appears to be a metadata issue.
I schedule all FBI episodes to record once a week, FBI, FBI International, and FBI Most Wanted. Everything will play just fine except the FBI episode. I have to delete metadata and dump the recording into the library folder (not series folder). Then it will play.
