Reliable duckDNS alternative? - yepitsmealright - 2025-03-01 Hello, I'm sure this gets asked often so apologies. I've been using duckDNS for my JF domain since I set it up. Works fine and easy to use, but I'm not satisfied with its reliability. Seems to go down quite often, or more often than I care for. What are some popular alternatives? Free or paid, I don't care, but I would prefer paid if it's more reliable - that's all I care about. Not sure if I'm missing any required details, if so please let me know. Thanks in advance! RE: Reliable duckDNS alternative? - TheDreadPirate - 2025-03-02 NoIP was my go to for a long time before getting a proper domain. I've never had issues with NoIP's reliability for the ~20 years I used them. RE: Reliable duckDNS alternative? - pxr5 - 2025-03-02 I tried a few free ones but the one I've stuck with is Dynu. I get 3 domains which is enough for me (2x Jellyfin and 1x Airsonic-Advanced). Auto updates with my Synology NAS DDNS too. Can't fault it at all for a freebee. https://www.dynu.com/en-US |
