Recordings not visable - nzhillnet - 2025-03-02 Hi all, New user here running Jellyfin 10.10.6 and NextPVR 7.0.1.241229. NextPVR is set up and working with an IPTV setup. The NextPVR plugin is configured in Jellyfin and channels, playback, EPG etc work fine in Jellyfin. I can trigger a recording in Jellyfin and see that also occur in NextPVR, however recordings are never availble/visable in Jellyfin. I'm wondering if it's a path issue, but that is purely a guess so am hoping somene might nudge me in the right direction. Anyway, I think I’ve got this sorted, and it’s pretty much what you were thinking. Silly me didn’t have a path set for Jellyfin DVR to read from. Fixed that by setting it to
home/recordings to match NextPVR.I also changed the NextPVR base URL in Jellyfin from a hostname to an IP after finding a post from 2023. Still wasn’t seeing recordings, but… Turns out, I needed to manually trigger a library scan to pick up the new content. Once I figured that out, I changed the scan schedule from 24 hours to every 15 minutes. So, as far as I can tell, this is solved! Just not sure how to mark it as such. Thanks again. -- Roland |
