Roku app malfunction - Soheil Nashtahosseini - 2025-03-13
The Roku app does not function as an Android Amazon app. I switched to Roku, and I saw many functions that are available on the Android Amazon app, like deleting media, which is not available on the Roku version. Also, files with Persian characters are not shown on Roku; they are shown as square characters and some nonsense. The Amazon Android App I used to use was much better than the Roku version. I would appreciate it if you could add all those functions to the Roku version.

I recommend submitting your suggestions to Roku or Amazon support directly. They may be able to address the missing features and issues in future updates. In the meantime, check for any app updates, as they might resolve some of the problems.
