Yes, it was removed from the Chinese app store for reasons outside of our control.

Unfortunately I think you need a non-mainland China Apple account. Otherwise you can try some other clients like Swiftfin, Streamyfin and Finamp.
Another alternative is to install Jellyfin Web as an App from Safari.

Hello, I found that the Chinese mainland Apple account can't find the Jellyfin program, and the US Apple account can't find the Jellyfin program. In addition, I have used Swiftfin, Streamyfin, Finamp, and the interaction and playback effects are not as good as the original Jellyin. I would like to ask where I can download Jellyfin through the Apple App Store, thank you

As mentioned before, it is not currently possible to install the official Jellyfin app from the app store in mainland China for reasons outside of our control.

Can I understand that as long as the device is in mainland China, there will be no Jellyfin app even if I change the US ID? This is very important to me, thank you for your answer.

No, it has nothing to do with device location. I can confirm that the official Jellyfin App is available in the US App Store.
Maybe you think your new Apple account is registered in US, but it is not. You may need to look elsewhere for tutorials.
