Hi i Setup the TMDB Collections in my jellyfin container and its moved everything out of the main library page... how do i have them showing in both?

Your statement is a bit unclear, but I believe you're looking for this option in your Dashboard. Go to Libraries -> Display and select "Group movies into collections".

I have this option selected but i want them to be listed as individual movies not collections if possible when in the main library.

Well just unselect that option then.
