Switching off the film after 12 minutes each time - ProxyAnimals - 2025-03-24 Hello, I have a movie on my Synology DS224+ NAS - 16GB RAM, 1 HDD - 6TB WD RED - Lord of the Rings The Fellowship of the Ring - 115 GB with Dolby Vision, in MKV version. The movie runs smoothly, my Philips TV Oled 65OLED707/12 says "Dolby Vision" at the beginning of the movie and everything runs smoothly but after 12 minutes the movie always stops, then it says there was an error, Jellyfin tries again, the movie turns on again for about 5 seconds but Philips TV only says "HDR signal" and then it turns off again to the main Jellyfin menu saying there were too many problems and that's why the movie turned off. On the main Jellyfin menu when I expand the client it says the movie is directly distributed to the TV and no decoding is running. In the log it creates a total of 4 files named - FFmpeg.Remux-2025-03-24_09-50-33_3591a1d0ece7faf50719c599d3d966da_60ad884d.log and then another file named - log_20250324.log I am attaching these files in pastebin: FFmpeg.Remux-2025-03-24_09-50-33_3591a1d0ece7faf50719c599d3d966da_60ad884d.log : https://pastebin.com/30y4Sb8m Log: https://pastebin.com/GkRb2pqc Can you tell me what is wrong? Is the file size too big or what is going on? This has never happened to me. Thank you for your answers and sorry for any bad English. RE: Switching off the film after 12 minutes each time - TheDreadPirate - 2025-03-24 Dolby Vision 7.6 movies are problematic on Jellyfin due to our reliance on Exoplayer, which has issues with Dolby Vision 7. You can try forcing transcoding or converting your video to HDR10 (guide linked below). https://forum.jellyfin.org/t-converting-dolby-vision-to-hdr10 |
