Android interface - King_pin - 2025-03-26 I've been an EMBY user for years but I'm looking for a media server to put on my Sony tv that isn't geared so much to mobile users if that makes sense. eg. If I pick an actor from my favourites the list of their movies appears horizontally instead of vertically unlike the web interface. Not a big deal for some but my library is over 6000 movies. Some actors in my favourites have dozens of movies. I really hate horizontally scrolling through everything and I'm wondering if JF is the same? RE: Android interface - bitmap - 2025-03-26 I can say at the very least that the web interface stacks rows rather than a single scrolling row. Just tested, WebOS does the same. Even the Android mobile app stacks rows vertically based on the available column space. Without an Android TV device, I can't say whether or not that's the case, but it appears that is the general design principle. RE: Android interface - TheDreadPirate - 2025-03-26 In our Android TV app it is also horizontal. |
