Crashing when playing audio track with roku tv app - coretsh - 2025-03-30
Trying to find the root cause to the issue that is causing roku app to crash when trying to play audio track. Happens on 2 different albums but plays other audio tracks fine. Started happening after the update 3.0. Album works on trying on android app and nvidia tv app.
Server: 10.10.6
web ver: 10.10.6
build: 10.10.6
album is Super simple vol.1 and super simple vol. 2
Thought the cause was song tittles had a combination of both japanese and english writing. Also japanese characters on roku are just showing up as boxes.
When i play a track it starts the player for 1 sec then crashes to main menu.
What is the best way to add logs as when i try its saying its too large of a .txt file or to large of a message
Tried to .zip log file and attached.
I went to kids music and tried to play super simple Vol. 1 (crashed) Went back in and tried to play kids music, super simple vol. 1 (crashed again)

Use privatebin.net for logs. Much easier to parse.
As for sharing the items in question, forum rules prohibit file sharing, so I will be removing your link to the album. Logs should be sufficient. If the file is transcoding, we will likely need an ffmpeg log as well.

Good news. I was able to reproduce the crash. And I have a fix. Should be out with the next release 3.0.1
