Jellyfin .ts vs HDHomerun .mpg - BlueberryJelly - 2025-03-30
Been using HDHomeRun for years so all my media files are .mpg.
Jellyfin records with the extension .ts.
Is there a way to set Jellyfin to save recordings to .mpg format so if I need to a search, all I have to search is by mpg?

There is no way to do this within Jellyfin. You'd have to use a post-processing script to remux to mpg.
