A very good and useful feature would be if subfolders could appear as a group (i.e. similar to a collection).
Example in my Movie folder on the computer, I could make a subfolder named "James Bond" and put all the James Bond movies inside that folder. Then when using Jellyfin at my Roku device, instead of seeing all the James Bond movies on my movies screen, i only see the group/collection James Bond, and when I click on that, I see all the James Bond movies.
