FFMPEG error code 187 - synysterlemming - 2025-04-07
The scope of the issue is a bit confusing, as I was watching a movie before leaving for a trip, and when I came back the video would not play on Jellyfin anymore. What happened while I was gone is impossible to say.
Anyway, the video fails to load, and looking at the jellyfin logs (attached), there seems to be a 187 ffmpeg error code.

It is attempting to transcode with vaapi, but there is no device passthrough in the docker compose.
