Roku 4k missing libraries - RegP - 2025-05-11 I've been using Jellyfin on my Roku 4k for a couple years now without issue but suddenly my library isn't shaping up when I lunch the app. I hadn't made any changes to the server or client. I've tried reinstalling the Roku app and restarting the server but no change. If I search things come up but none of my library's show. If I click Next Up it just says this collection folder contains no items. If I open Jellyfin on my desktop or android app everything is normal. It's only happening on the Roku. The Roku client is v3.0.3 and I'm running the server in docker on my Synology RE: Roku 4k missing libraries - theguymadmax - 2025-05-11 What server version are you using? RE: Roku 4k missing libraries - RegP - 2025-05-12 What's the best way to check? I'm looking through the docker settings and am not finding it anywhere. RE: Roku 4k missing libraries - 1hitsong - 2025-05-12 Try going to <%Jellyfin Server URL%>/System/Info/Public in a browser. RE: Roku 4k missing libraries - RegP - 2025-05-13 Version 10.8.10 RE: Roku 4k missing libraries - theguymadmax - 2025-05-13 (2025-05-13, 04:14 AM)RegP Wrote: Version 10.8.10 You need to update your server. The current server version is 10.10.7. Anything lower than that has several security vulnerabilities. If you can't, there's a legacy client on the Roku Channel Store. This is a legacy channel only for old devices/server versions 10.10.x and older, all others should install the Jellyfin channel instead. This channel will not receive updates and is unsupported. Use only if it is impossible to update your server version. https://channelstore.roku.com/en-ca/deta...fin-legacy RE: Roku 4k missing libraries - RegP - 2025-05-14 Updating the server seems to have fixed the issue.
