No playback on Jellyfin Android TV - tanton - 2025-05-13
Hello
I have Jellyfin installed on docker in a synology NAS (official docker image). On my TV, android phone, and PC it used to work fine when accessing through the host IP address. I also set up a reverse proxy through Caddy to access remotely and share the server.
Everything was working fine whether locally or remotely. Yesterday on the Android TV (KD-65X7500F) suddenly I get no playback only black screen. I tried many different movies or shows but the same. I changed the server to the domain and it worked no issue. What could be the issue? Why would it not work via ip and only on the android tv?
