Is there a "Optimal Settings for A Certain System" database - blake_20274 - 2025-05-22

Had some buffering/stalling issues probably transcoding related - and rather than troubleshoot and reinvent the wheel, I'd rather just see if I could find some "These are the settings that work for me" of a similar system and just copy them.  I tend to have trouble with 4k and getting it to play nicely, but I had to build a new server so I'm starting from scratch.

i9 12600k stock
GTX 1660 Super
64gb ddr5 @4800

That system SHOULD be able to handle one or maybe even two 4k streams right? But when I try to play some 4k content, it stalls and the logs give me some ffmpg nonsense.    And I don't just want to troubleshoot it, I want to find SOMEONE ELSE who has NO PROBLEMS and just use the settings they use.  (The system I listed is not so diverse that someone else here doesn't have something comparable)

IS THERE SOME DATABASE or google docs where users can upload their settings?
