Web UI not loading - sapphire - 2025-05-23 After updating my Jellyfin again, as I got the error that the app was too new to use my Jellyfin instance, I updated my Jellyfin using 'docker compose down' and afterwards 'docker compose up -d'. Now I only have the problem that the webUI is completely black, the only information shown is the menu bar, Jellyfin logo and name, home and favorites. Everything else is completely black though. I hope some of you are able to help me with this. The recent logs: https://pastebin.com/mfg3nbeC RE: Web UI not loading - sapphire - 2025-05-23 Alright, for if someone in the future encounters this problem, I fixed it by removing my browsing data, cookies included, as I found online that this tends to be a problem regarding wrong tokens being used or so. Going to Jellyfin loade the setup wizard, where I could select the arrow back button and consequently login with my account again. Now it works as it should again. |
